Hi! My name is Jamie and I love all things baking and food related. Have you ever met someone who travelled to a new place and what they were most excited to see was the grocery store or a farmer's market? That's me.
I am a software engineer turned baker. I went to university for four and half long years and worked another year after that before I realized my passion is in the baking and pastries industry. I quite my job and threw all my efforts into a baking program application. When I got my acceptance, I started this blog.
My original intention was to blog about my experiences through baking school. When I was researching schools, I really wished there was someone out there giving an indepth look at what I was getting myself into. I couldn't find one so I decided to make one!
Now that I've graduated I'm heading out into the world and this blog will expand along with my adventures. It will always focus on food, but I'll be adding more than that as I encounter it.
